Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after processing. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by our suppliers, carriers, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Expedited Shipping: Options may be available at checkout depending on the product

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and shipping method. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly. We are not liable for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assist you.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
