Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.
Note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Admin@skincareaurora.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

A detailed description of the issue

Photos of the item and original packaging (if applicable)
Do not send any items back without receiving written return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the request entirely if the item shows signs of use, damage, or was returned outside the allowable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability
We act solely as a retailer and do not manufacture, store, or ship the products ourselves. All fulfillment is handled through third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or other issues arising from the carrier or supplier, but will assist in resolving these issues when possible.
We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of any product purchased through our store.
